1. Which animals is PawFRESH suitable for?

PawFRESH is designed for cleaning the paws of dogs, cats, and other small animals. Three sizes are available, so you can choose the one most suitable for your pet's weight and paw size.

2. How do I choose the right size?

Choose the size based on weight and paw dimensions.

- S (up to 5 Kg) cats, rabbits, and small dogs

- M (7.5 to 17.5 Kg) medium dogs

- L (20 to 40 Kg) large dogs

If you are unsure between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one.

3. How to use PawFRESH?

It's very simple:

1. Pour some water into the container.

2. Gently insert your pet's paw.

3. Gently rotate the container to allow the bristles to remove dirt and mud.

4. Remove the paw and dry it with a cloth.

In just a few steps, the paws are cleaner and ready to come back inside.

4. Is it gentle on paws? Do I need to add detergents to the water?

For normal paw cleaning, water is sufficient: there is no need to add detergents or other products.

If you wish to use a cleaning product, make sure it is gentle and suitable for animals.

PawFRESH is designed for gentle cleaning, thanks to the soft bristles that help remove dirt and mud as the container rotates, without the need to directly scrub the paws.

In case of wounds, irritations, or particular paw problems, we recommend consulting your veterinarian first.

5. How do I clean PawFRESH after use?

After each use, empty the container and rinse it with clean water. You can also gently clean the bristles to remove any remaining dirt. Let it dry completely before storing it.

6. Can I use PawFRESH for multiple pets?

Yes. You can use PawFRESH for multiple pets in the same family.

We simply recommend that you rinse the container thoroughly between pets to maintain proper hygiene.

7. What does the PawFRESH kit include?

The PawFRESH kit includes a paw washer and a microfiber towel to dry them after cleaning.

8. How long does shipping take?

Shipping is free for all orders. Delivery times are generally 7-10 business days, depending on the destination.

9. Do you also ship outside Italy?

Yes. PawFRESH also ships to France, Germany, Spain, and Sweden.

During checkout, you will be able to enter your address and check the shipping options available for your country.

10. Can I return an item?

Yes. You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return, in compliance with the conditions provided by our return policy.

The product must be returned under the conditions specified in our return policy, in order for it to be accepted.
